Share our home in a great rural setting only 45 kms to Christchurch and the same to Ashburton. We have 3 rooms and can accommodate 5 people.
Welcome to Sully's Retreat. We have on offer a lovely quiet home in a peaceful garden setting, with a hot tub. Two rooms are shared with us in this lovely older style Lockwood house. One queen room and one king single room. Both beds have electric blankets. These two rooms share a bathroom. The other room, my favourite, is in a private space above the garage. I call it the Loft room. It has great space, tea and coffee making facilities and a private shower and toilet downstairs. This room has a very comfy queen bed, electric blanket and a heater. Plenty of room to throw stretchers down for younger children. We have a few animals to, 3 fox terrier dogs (inside dogs), a handful of beef animals, 3 goats and 5 horses. Our dairy farm located 5kms down the road. We also have a huge back yard, big enough to park several truck and trailers so would be a great night stop for truck drivers. We are only 3.91kms off state highway 1 approx. 13kms north of Rakaia. We are also only about 40 minutes from Mt Hutt Ski Field.
