Have dealt with Sulco for 30 plus years. Recent times worst service ever. No correspondence from anyone in regards to repairs or even quotes for new equipment. Machines fail within hours of them servicing it and no recall from them. Seems like any kind of customer service or care is out the window. It's a pity as their products are great. Owned now by a nig USA corporation so no care given now. Just take the money and run. Lost me as a client for life.
Pathetic service have been asking them to come collect a Milwaukee soldering iron for almost a year that has failed under warranty. The rep initially gave me covid excuses, then new rep told me I have to deal direct with Milwaukee, I called Milwaukee and they sent me straight back to Sulco saying they need to organize the return. The Sulco rep just wanted to argue that he knew Milwaukee's processes better than them but eventually agreed to come collect. Have called head office since and asked they follow up on it but still nothing.
Over promise and under deliver Reps say they are going to follow up with issues and nothing ever gets done about the issues raised Was charged a huge bill for a repair on a truck tyre changer only to get it back faulty again. When they're were asked to resolve the issue no one was willing to do anything about it. Very poor after sales service on machinery worth 40k Happy to take the sale but don't want to know about it if there is issues after the fact. Would avoid this company at all costs! F-
Dion Payne is the most cheerful and most helpful tools rep I have ever dealt with. It is a joy to have him come and sell his quality tools at really reasonable prices. There is nothing too hard for him to do and he and sulco as a whole will go out of their way to make sure you feel confident with your purchase.

Sulco is the best for getting exactly what you want at the best price. My whole tool box is full of tools supplied by Sulco. Top quality and the rep Mags Asari is very outgoing and reliable. If he dosent have it he will get it for you and quickly too. Highly rate this company and thanks Mags.
It’s like heaven for anyone who uses tools, likes cars and stuff, or has an interest in tools and equipment! Nice big showroom, massive equipment display area, and their warehouse looks massive and full. I was served by Dan and it was like talking to a mate, friendly and knowledgeable and i ended up walking out with far more than i came in for always a problem with me and these sorts of places!.
Reasonable price. Gives us time to pay on weekly basis so we dont get any hassle. Sulco guy mags is kind and provides satisfactory customer service and hes not like that stupid snap on guy who comes here in an unexpected time and pressurise everyone to buy his expensive tools.
Very unfortunate and sad, I have to post this without better solution for our current situation. We have received poor customer service, lack of communication and long wait for parts in the recent two years, especially when we need new cables for our Bendpak 4 poster after original cable snapped earlier this year hoist bought brand new and used less than 3.5 years until cable snapped, we ordered new cables from Sulco since March, waited almost 4 months then received only 1 cable out of 4 cables in July, missing 3 was promised to be delivered end of Aug and then we were told and have received just another 1 this week, which means 2 more cables on still missing. I understand there are lots of things going on due to COVID-19, but during these 5 months of time, we received no update, had to keep sending emails and calling their lines with no response almost everytime, only one who been helpful is Bob but he is not able to do anything to help us speed up the solution. All our equipment and many of our tools were purchased from Sulco since 2016, worth over $100k in total. 5 months we can not use our 4 poster, and Sulco isn't helping! Many of other small issues occured in recent years after purchasing as well, very disappointed to Sulco and yet we still have to wait.
Customer service seemed alright until I purchased the incorrect size item yes my MISTAKE and called them to ask if the had the correct one. The only thing I got over the phone was they don't do a refund was not asking for a refund on cash , there is a sign on the wall. If you are mechanic looking to try them by buying some cash items etc u might want to check their sooo old and crappy terms.
