I have know Sui Sui for other 8 years and she has been a life saving regarding all my challenging with my alterations. She always gave me her professional opinions which I always respected and followed. She has become a trustee person as she has designed and made my wedding dress. I am totally overwhelmed with her hard work and her amazing skills with her sewing machine. I find the price reasonable but I never had the need to look somewhere else as I am an extremely pleased customer. I will recommend her to anyone who wants a professional work done to their clothes. Never an disappointment.
Fab, did my bridemaide dresses, my curtains, you need it Sui Sui can do it. You pay for the fantastic work after all she is running a business. Always been 5 star from us
I wouldn't know if she's good or not but she's certainly very rude. I kindly asked her to help me decide the length of my dress and she told me to do it myself so I walked out. I smile at everyone, I say please and thank you and behave respectfully. I don't see why we shouldn't all be kind to each other. I'm sick and tired of bad service and rudeness. Prices are very high too but I'd have been happy to pay for a job well done.
Used this lady for years. Went to collect my 3 dresses this week and was told that she had given over £100.00 of my property to charity! Admittedly she had them over 12 months, and I did try to collect on 3 occasion's in that time and the shop was always shut plus we have just had 3 months of lockdown Due to 'LIFE' it slipped my mind to collect but the ticket was still safe in my purse. She did not attempt to phone me to give fair warning that they needed collecting / remind me etc. before she got rid of them to make room in the shop. I was told "I can give things away, I put a lot of work into them and you didn't pay me" 1 - They only needed the hems taking up 2 - I never said I would be back in a week to collect 3 - I always pay cash on collection, as I haven't collected you weren't paid!! Really not happy, dresses were a present, not the end of the world, but that's not the point :-
The rudest person you could wish to meet. Disinterested in helping and a very unpleasant person
I would recommend this shop for any of you're repair needs. I have been there a few times and they always do an amazing job
Absolutely brilliant, works vetv long hours to complete the alterations etc. Always friendly and polite. Highly recommended.
I have no idea why others have given 5 stars. Very over priced, didn't do what I asked and refused to change it! Won't be going back any time soon.
I haven't visited this place in years and the last time I did I found the place extremely expensive.
