I ordered 4 simple vegetables in my sub and I got everything they had in there salad bar. The things I got and like at least 6 other ingredients I didn’t order. I had to throw most things out while still tasting the left over flavour from the other ingredients in my sub. The reason why I didn’t correct them for what to put into it, is because it was through Uber Eats and it was definitely not there fault. I really hope for a better experience next time.
Needs to sort out hours. Shop says it closes at 8pm on google and when we turn up at 6.53 we got told to leave because they closing
Best subway out, and the girls in there made the experience of ordering my sub easy
Google advertises the store to be open and when we walk to the store it’s closed and we’ve been walking for around 20 minutes just to find the store is closed. This needs to be sorted.
Got our order wrong. Ordered a falafel wrap. If I'd been a vegetarian, I'd have had an accidental mouthful of chicken. Not only that, full of spicy sauce which we also didn't order. Ate anyway because I was starving and don't mind a bit of spice, but when you aren't expecting your mouth to be on fire it's not a nice surprise.
Purchased From Subway Taradale because the Uber app said Buy one Get one Free...sent the store Manager a copy of the post...Heres his reply... Hi Jody. First off we were unaware that this promo was even running. After your complaint, we contacted Uber to remove us from this promo and they had no record of us being attached to this promo. My understanding for this promo is you needed to be an Uber Pass member, which costs extra. They would have required you to add the free subs to your cart, as I have seen with other promos on Uber Eats. These would be marked as free upon checkout. As for your order being cold, we made the order for the required time. Uber did not pick the order up in a timely fashion, which arrived to you cold. Heres Ubers Reply Hi Jody, Thanks for reaching out. As I can see you are reffering to buy one get one offer for your subway order. But, I can see that you have not added the offered item that was "BBQ Pulled Pork Subway Footlong". If you add the free item in your cart twice then only the offer works. Hence, you have not received the perk of the offer. We seek your understanding and patience in this matter. heres my reply I have decided to seek legal advice and take this further. Your answer contradicts the reply from Taradale Subway which I have added. i will beforwarding your reply to The Taradale Subway. At the end of the day I selected the Subway meal as it stated Buy 1 get 1 free as per the photo I supplied...No where did it state that I had to purchase a specific foot long..no where did it state I had to be a member of Uber pass...you and the store have contradicted yourselves to try and avoid the fact you have falsely advertised a product and expected my self to cop the cost.... Sort it ...customers shouldn't have to chase you to rectify your bad business practice
