i visited 23-01-21 sat evening , I told the staff your bench is not clean but they did not care about this thing, ignored me wat i said .After i told they did not cleaned .

Ordered via Uber eats. My sub had olives which I hate and no relish. My partners sub had the relish I wanted, which she hates and no sauce. Also all the relish was lumped at one end and 3/4 of the sandwich was dry. I generally enjoy subway and this is my first sub since lockdown but i am massively disappointed. Have asked for a refund.
Excellent Customer service and Great food
Opens at 7am. Currently 7:16am and store is still closed with staff still setting up shop. Not even popping out to say how long until they'll open. Ridiculous.
Normally quite good, except for one time I went there in the morning at 8:00. But they had the front doors locked, one person was there, and they had literally no bread. At all. Subway is great, but this Rototuna one isn't.
Very poor service. Staff did not get our order correct. We had to pay extra to get the correct order. We ordered a toasted wrap and were given a normal sub. Staff had poor knowledge of menu. We will not go back.
