subway south is actual the bomb, freshest bread every time and so consistently made! The team are so lovely and always smiling when you walk in ! It’s the furthest subway from where I live but I make the trip there cos it’s worth it!
great service but the chicken is horrible and they got half of my order wrong would not go back there
Definitely the best Subway in town do NOT go to the one opposite McDonalds in the city. Decent service, decent food and fairly fast.
By far the worst customer service I've had. The lady doing my order was rude and to top that off her coworker cuts her off in the middle of taking my order "ANY DRINKS OR COOKIES WITH THAT". Couldn't wait for the other lady to finish my sub. Then asked what flavour cookies I want "sorry don't have that, sorry don't have that either I just put them in the oven". Maybe for future reference start with "just letting you know we don't have this flavour of cookies available. We have A, B and C flavours". Look like you both hate your jobs or just hate people in general. Won't be coming back any time soon. Hope you learn what customer service is in future
DO NOT GET DELIVERED! The prices are more expensive than it is to pick up in store. Otherwise the food is good, when they don't screw up your order giving you an inedible brick instead of a sub.
Friendly staff always here. But I won't be returning for a while, have frequented 3 times over last 2 months, and have noticed the salad items are tired and brown, tomatoes flowery etc. I can understand that it is tough at the moment with things being alot quieter, and need to save costs, but at what expense. I went back thinking each time thinking the last time was a one off. But it's not. Sad to lose my fave takeaway. I hope things improve in the future for your business so you can get back to being the best.
Okay so I'd nearly given up on the Subway chain after a series of bad service and poorly constructed sandwiches... until I visited this store on Saturday night. They didn't skimp on the salads and the staff were so lovely! I think there were just 2 girls on, both great but particularly the one with the cool spacey tattoo on her forearm. Thanks, I'll be back
Online order Second purchase in 2 weeks both times no dressing or extras i ordered on 3 subs for the price you pay I expect not to be ripped off, staff don't seem to know how to read a order, not going back again
