Staff were friendly. A bit disorganized when the online orders came in. Food tasted good but would have preferred it if they had included the chicken fillet in the sub. I'll be watching them more closely next time.
Well worth my time giving a 5 star review. Customer service was great, very friendly and welcoming, food was on point! Best subway experience ive had by far. Hats off to the team working 13/01/23. Deserve a bonus. Thanks.
Literally the worst Subway I have ever had. Ordered 2 toasted subs from Subway Spitfire Square through Uber and when they arrived, not only was my sub not cut, both subs were cold and not toasted. The meatballs were cold, and so was the Three Pepper Chicken as if they hadn’t even been heated to go on the sub. So disgusting I couldn’t even finish the food. On top of that, the cookies were stale. The store owner has lost all his good employees and it’s very clear he has rookies working in there now who haven’t been trained properly. This is the second time something like this has happened when ordering from this store in the last couple months and we won’t be ordering from there again.
Sorry but I don't think I'll ever come back to this subway in particular. I went in at 7:21pm 13/01/23 to grab a sandwich for work. I asked for my typical Chicken Teriyaki 6inch sub $10.20. It's like the guy serving me wasn't listening, because he asked me "what meat do you want"... I was baffled, usually the chicken teriyaki comes as chicken strips sauced with the standard teriyaki juice. The server chucked on a random chicken piece. Asked if I wanted it toasted, yes. Where's the teriyaki sauce? Huh?? As it's being toasted another lady walks in and my server + the one other server there all began a conversation leaving me silent and waiting. Whilst waiting I am seeing flies hanging around the salads and meats, there is literally no lids on ANYTHING. Due to the lame chicken on my supposed "teriyaki chicken" I only asked for mayo on my sandwich. The server asked me if I wanted salt and pepper but his attention was on the other server and customer, too busy talking amongst themselves, he just grabbed the s/p shaker without looking at me or the shaker, still chatting away. Once my "sandwich" was wrapped up and I was paying, he and the other server had their backs to me. I walked out without saying thank you. I honestly think I should have just walked out without the sandwich or paying. I was charged the $10.20 for the failed sandwich and a $4.80 Bistro Double Espresso milk rip off. I should have just gone to countdown and bought a warm meal from there. The sandwich did not have any taste to it at all, did not like the chicken. Never again! Cover your food and tell your servers to be more respectful for goodness sake!
Very rude staff. No inclusive to people not classed as normal I will be taking this matter high as well and lady your crocodile tears after making me feel unacceptable in my own body then your work mate harassing me I really hope you two woman feel really good about yourselves you really ruined my opportunity that day and now as a result I am suffering heavy depression I hope your happy thanks for probly one of the worst experiences in my life I will never ever come back to that store due to the disrespectful staff
Incredibly poor customer service! I’m allergic to dairy & even with the allergy chart they struggled to tell me what was dairy free & to be honest they seemed totally disinterested in even trying. Will never go back!! Dietary restrictions: Go somewhere else if you have dietary restrictions, they’re clueless about what’s in their food!
my server did not wrap my subway properly, the sticker was no where near the end to seal the wrap, therefore it ended up slipping out and I wasted my money at subway thanks to her
I go almost everyday usually food and service is great especially in the evening but I went Thursday morning at 8.50 and doors were closed guy working inside and was trying say something with hands. This Looks very unprofessional service.not happy!!!
Very rude staff. Refused to serve or help me as I wasn’t wearing a mask No other food chain store tries to force this upon you. Will never support Subway again
been here more than twice in a single week and have been disappointed both times with the state of the food, cheese was not melted either time in the meatball mozzarella pot nor the quesadilla.
