Wow best experience at Subway anywhere! Logan our sandwich artist served all three of us promptly, smiling and quickly. Never asked anything twice made excellent sandwiches in double quick time. If I owned a local business I would snap him up in a heartbeat. LegendFood: 5/5
Enjoyed three pepper chicken salad. Everything about the salad was fresh and tasty. Seems they stopped making salads in a bowl, mixing well with seasoning and dressing and then putting in a takeaway container. There was dressing on the top and nothing underneath. I thought an international chain like this would have better systems than this. Regardless, salad was wonderful and worth the money
I go every time I go to town and all of the staff including manager are wonderful and have become used to my order they are always clean tidy polite and enjoy a conversation with customer's or a joke I highly recommend the Mosgiel branch
Nice and fresh, did an internet order and the bread I ordered was out of stock so the team member made a call and substituted it. Great to see common sense prevail and I didn't have to wait to make a decision when I got there. Vegetarian options: Falafel was nice

I am concerned that the way the new kid is being trained to count out change could make her feel humiliated...this training needs taught BEFORE the customer arrives..manager says she does things a certain way because how her mum taught her..shes 42...im 53..by my age WE KNOW what mum said or did wasn't always right..an updated approach to training needed but the FOOTLONG was lovely!. .Mary Wilson.

Staff are poorly trained and slow. Asked for a white bread & mozzarella toastie, girl working in there started putting garlic aioli on it out of nowhere. Then when I told her to stop and asked what she was doing was given a rather p*ssed off look as if I were in the wrong and a wee huff while grabbing out a fresh roll, just in general a bad attitude. Had to ask one of the other employees about the price of the toasties and even he wasn’t 100% sure. Girl on the till also didn’t know where to find the toasties and had to get another staff member over, all things they should be shown before being put out on a shift. They just don’t seem to know what they’re doing, they are always incredibly slow. 4 people working and 3 out on the counter but only 1 actually making subs so the line builds up pretty quickly. Overall just a frustrating experience and wouldn’t recommend going to this store. The ones in town have it right
Amazing sandwiches here. Don't know any better place than Subway. Went here cause of the 600 calorie subs All healthy stuff in it so no wasted calories.
