Absolutely appalling staff who don’t help there customers who SLIPPED on their wet floor no wet floor sign out after pulling out a chair that DID NOT have the padded seat screwed into the chair frame there finger got stuck between the padded seat and frame as they fell down and this sliced the tip of there finger off. Not once did the staff check if she was okay there was blood everywhere and the tip of a finger on the ground they did not call the ambulance, did not provide ice. On top of all of that another customer BROUGHT WATER to help with the situation as the useless staff were no help. If I could give negative stats I would. The manager has shut down the customer with no sympathy. Ontop of this trumatic event staff members continued to serve walk in customers as if there wasn’t blood and a finger tip and a customer in pain lying on the floornDisgusting & highly disappointing behaviour
Jill is a bloody gem and she provided some of the greatest service I've ever received in my life. Seriously. Thank you Jill for being so hospitable and up beat, it's made my good day turn into an amazing day! I will be back for a photo with the big sub guy soon!!!nAlso p.s that was the best sub I've had in a long long long time... every bite was heavenly!!
Really friendly guy working there. Credit to that shop having such an enthusiastic member of their staff. Good food too
No slippery when wet signs out after mopping floor, broken chairs led to major accident. Staff were not caring, unhelpful and untrained. No health and safety at all and owners/managers do not give a dam.
I don't usually leave reviews but every time I get served here, no matter which staff, they are always short tempered and unfriendly. There are some good staff but they don't usually last long wonder why
