Extremely frustrated with the service today. I got to the salads for my sandwich and asked for everything except for carrot or pickles. It was all fine until she put carrot on, realised and started picking it off but must've got overwhelmed and passed it to the next server who then I swear put more carrot on i just decided to ignore it then before she wrapped up I asked if she could please add my jalapeños.. to which she nodded and confidently added pickles. I found it very hard to enjoy the food I paid for as I spent too much time having to pick out all the carrot and pickles I specifically asked them not to add. I normally would give people the benefit of the doubt but if im telling you exactly what I want on a sandwich I can't understand how it could go so wrong.
Really small portions. Large salad is only half full. Veges are old and lettuce is brown. Lady at front counter is rude. Used to be one of the best subways.
lovely employee i believe her name was Temp maybe Temperance, amazing service very welcoming and friendly and made the best subway ive ever eaten with good attention to detail. dont mean to glaze so hard but ive genuinely never felt so welcomed and accommodated, thank you so much for making my day better, its the little comments that count !! :
Good food, service was ok - not over friendly but nice people.
Kind and friendly staff with great service. A lovely young lady called Temperance gave me an extra cookie for having a tough day. Much appreciated xxx
