ABSOLUTELY DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. went into subway today at quarter past 1. was served by two young girls and an older woman. the older woman was incredibly rude to both customers and staff. she had no patience, was rude and snappy. she was belittling customers, rolling eyes and had an attitude so poor that the two younger girls had to apologise for her behaviour . the bread was burnt and my wrap was folded so poorly that all the ingredients fell out. photos are attached
I really love and like coming here. I actually even come here for a family outing as many times as you'd like if you wanted. if you prefer to come along with just you, that'll be okay too. all of the food, service and the atmosphere is very wonderful, relaxing , beautiful and good to have your feet up.
I am never visiting this Subway ever again! Went inside at around 1PM, the lady that was preparing my order Older Islander woman took waaayyy to long and looked like she didn't want to do her job, ordered a teriyaki chicken sandwich and she scrunched my sandwich up when wrapping it and it looked like it had been stepped on. Rude service, unclean and not worth it.
Lovely friendly speedy service.nnEspecially like that the lady asked if I would prefer her to change her gloves as I'm a veggie.nAnd then when I declined avo due to the price she said you can just have half a portion...
Poor service from the older lady. Very slow and no customer service skills. What puts me off the most is always driving past and there is a subway employee smoking out front/near by. Just not a good look for me.
