I’m not usually one to make a bad review, no one else was in the store when I walked in with a friend. We stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes with two staff members out front looking at us but no acknowledgment we were even there, no greeting, no hello we’ll be with you in a moment, nothing. We were almost about to walk out and go to maccas down the street before one member of the staff took our order. The place was messy and looked like it hadn’t had a tidy up in hours, the food was okay but I can’t get over the staff’s attitude and lack of care to at least greet a customer. I asked for a GST receipt which I was handed, my friend asked for one which he was told he had to grab it off the printer which I have never seen before in my life.
Day shift crew are absolutely lovely..nnNightshift on the other hand. Extremely rude, no personality and look like they obviously don't want to be there. Started my order and the old lady with the mole looked disgusted at me for existing. Kept signing and rolling her eyes. Moved onto the salads and she kept leaning over the sub , hanging her dirty T-shirt on my food to grab ingredients.
Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Great food! Positive experience. Got two foot long subs!The staff working were Dylan and Oliver 10/10 for service! Well done teamnWill definitely be back
Service from the older woman today was appalling. Very blunt and rude. She seemed pissed off when I said 'hi, how are you'. She spoke grumpily to a child trying to order a sub. The other two staff seemed miserable, but I would be too if I was working with her.
This place is absolutely heinous every time I go there... my sub was stale, no cheese despite asking for it, one half had no sauce and the other half completely soaked in the stuff. Instead of replacing my drink with one of the same size they gave me a smaller, cheaper one. Oh and to top it off, I was given 20~ napkins.
