Lady working there would not stop talking while our food was getting cold. I asked for 6 inch and then she proceeded to put meat on a foot long but I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want it to go to waste. Barely any topping choices, she barely toasted it and meat was a gross colour, stale and freezing cold. Price was absolutely appalling for the food we received. Hate this store, will not be going back and this lady should be confronted as I have seen multiple reviews complaining about a lady that seems to be the one we experienced. Disgusting food, DO NOT GO HERE.
This subway is pathetic ! , not worth the money at all got there at 1:00 and didn’t leave till 1:30! The old lady needs to be fired and this place needs to be fkn sorted out asap ! , not worth the money at all , incorrect serving sizes I order a 6 inch teriyaki sub to only get hardly any chicken and the service was so slow spent most of the 20 minutes waiting for her to finish talking to the Uber eats guy . I ordered southern style bites and the amount you’re suppose to get given is 10 but received 5 and was drowned in sauce won’t ever come back here again !
We ordered 24 platters of subs and wraps and 10 platters of cookies for an event with over 300 people. We had a lot left after everyone was served, and people came back to have more because they were good they were coming especially for the white choco cookies nnThey individually packed the subs as requested, so the food distribution on our part was easy.nnIt was smooth communicating and transacting with Nav. They delivered our orders themselves so it was easy to track and receive updates; Nav is very responsive, too.nnUnfortunately, I didn’t think of taking photos because I was also busy at the event. Will definitely consider them again for next time
No other subway will you recieve some disgusting quality food like this. Recieved this cheese melt and one of them has some weird green mark on it. This isn't the first time I've recieved poor quality food from this subway in Howick. Today I also ordered a footlong sub and recieve a 6inch sub instead, thankfully I ordered through ubereats they immediately refunded me. Forced to order from botany downs and have to pay more for uber to deliver because Howick continues to serve disgusting food, good job. Don't know why I gave this place a chance again today. Please don't get food from this branch, the one in botany downs is a lot better. And please for the love of God get a regional manager or something into the Howick branch to ensure they're not serving other people this trash. Thanks.
How do you consistently only have 2 people working the lunch rush. I come here every now and again but always leave if there is a line longer than 3 or 4 people because of how long it takes. Also regularly not having the option to order online is extremely frustrating. Never leave reviews but this subway is consistently poor in quality. Manager needs to sort it out.
