5 stars all the way for Balclutha Subway. My husband and I were there last night, and cannot rate the two gentleman working there highly enough, polite, respectful, and excellent food. An elderly woman fell in the doorway and hit her head after losing balance, her sub going in all directions. Their care was exemplary and they made her a fresh sub. Excellent food and top genuine service.
Never has meatballs past 5pm, you are the only late food option in clutha and your staff would rather shut things early than offer your whole menu, sort it out, not good enough.
Excellent customer service, I went around 9:30 pm for coffee , and received excellent customer service from two girls.
The best Subway! The staff was very generous and made delicious Steak and Egg sandwiches!
Helpful friendly staff, a much needed meal on our trip.
