Service was decently fast but added next to no toppings. Maybe a total of 4 pieces of shredded carrot. Sub was messy, little love was put into making this sub. When all was done he continued to serve the person behind me before letting me pay. But points for a tidy and clean restaurant.
We received awesome service tonight at Lake Road Subway. I was honestly scared to go there after reading other reviews on here, but the kids really wanted their takeaway tonight to be subway! So off we went to brave the supposed terrible place if we listened to the reviews on here…nnWe were served by 2 guys who were friendly and helpful and patient with us all taking a minute to decide what we wanted. Our food was delicious and fresh and FULL! So good! I haven’t had subway in about 7 years, and it was so good!nnThank you guys for your fabulous service and the delicious dinner!
Great customer service and the food was really good. It was busy but they were quick and we didn't wait long.
Worst Subway we've been to. The place was empty of customers understandably. Our subs were thrown together with very little care. We had to clean our own table before sitting at it. The glass on the food counter was grubby as. The assistant was grumpy and uncaring.nOnly gets 2 stars on flavour otherwise no stars.nWill not be going back. A disgrace to the subway franchise.
Just went into subway and ordered my food, the lady serving my food was very rude, quiet and kept rolling her eyes at us which we found very disrespectful as we were just trying to get some food. she was also very quiet which made it hard to hear what she was saying. subway food is delicious but the customer service was rubbish
