There are a couple big ways this store could improve it's customer spend. One of the screens is broken and so the whole menu isn't being displayed. Also the snack menu is no where to be seen. The cookies were not out on display and instead in a Tupperware container out the back which made them quite unattractive. We would have purchased probably another $20 of product if these issues were addressed. Also the staff need to listen to customer needs and be more attentive as we asked about items on the menu and were told to wait for it to scroll to what we were looking for. Not being a Karen, just hoping to pass on feedback.
I ordered a BLT foot long with egg and cheese sub..nAnd a bacon cheese and egg wrap this morning..nnI recieved a egg and veg sub that was lit even nice. The wrap I had ordered extra bacon, there was no extras included.nnDisappointed tbh and pissed off. I won't be buying food from this subway anymore.
Service was decently fast but added next to no toppings. Maybe a total of 4 pieces of shredded carrot. Sub was messy, little love was put into making this sub. When all was done he continued to serve the person behind me before letting me pay. But points for a tidy and clean restaurant.
Worst Subway we've been to. The place was empty of customers understandably. Our subs were thrown together with very little care. We had to clean our own table before sitting at it. The glass on the food counter was grubby as. The assistant was grumpy and uncaring.nOnly gets 2 stars on flavour otherwise no stars.nWill not be going back. A disgrace to the subway franchise.
When here for Lunch, place wasn't busy at all.nI always take my manners everywhere, if I'm rude you've done a good job - I asked for both a 6 inch and foot long with meatballs and to please sieve out the sauce - she did the opposite so when it came to the second one I said politely please sieve the sauce way more with this one/ again she didn't listen/ so I let her know that was the opposite of what iv asked twice/ she gave me the snarkiest look, then looked at the person behind me like I was a problem, then pushes my sandwiches down the aisle like she was going to trash them, absolutely disgusting behaviour, your lucky you got my money and not a hand. Thanks you've definitely lost a customer. MuI
