Staff need to be consistent with serving sizes. My wrap tonight was half the size it usually is.
Turned up at 7:05am today store shut even though posted opening time is 7am tried to open door but locked the girl in there just starred at me like I was trying to break in she didn't even say a word if looks could kill I would be a dead man customer service is not high on there priority list
Walked in to get some lunch, the girl who served me poked her head out from around back and basically rolled her eyes. She then plodded over dragging her feet and just said what would you like, no hello or anything. She made a pretty sub-standard sandwich and absolutely drenched it in the sauces I asked for. During this I wondered if they were closed and if I had severely inconvenienced them as I felt I was not wanted in the store. Another woman then wrapped by sandwich with the dexterity of a 3 year old and I walked out with my crumpled mess of a product laughing to myself as I listened to the first girl serve other customers with the same disinterest and disdain. Incredibly poor customer service, the worst I have ever come across in nz. So bad it was funny.
Foods not to bad. Service also not to bad.nHowever the so called background music is absolutely revolting. I'm quite deaf so the music that is blasting loudly is just off putting. The team working have to repeat themselves over and over because we cannot hear them over the music which in turn is nasty.nBackground music is supposed to be just that. BACKGROUND.
I was a little bit disappointed in the customer service, infact there wasn't any. Such a shame really, as it's a good location.
