I just want to say a big thank you to a lady I think her name was Susie, for making my day by paying for my food when my phone died. Your kindness won’t be forgotten and I hope you receive it back in more ways than one. Enjoy the flowers and chocolate!
What a “large” subway salad looks like at Cromwell branch. Also the sub had a couple strands of each salad, had to request to add more and this is what it looked like. Pretty dismal for $35
Subway with a view, quite spacious too :nStandard options for sandwich and salads. There have coffee and smoothie options which is a first for us in a subway.nNo creamy siracha sauce and the are very generous with avocado unlike in the US
I reached Subway at 9:15 pm and before coming to store I checked the timings on google map and confirmed 9:30 pm as closing time.nnWhen I reached at store, the entrance door was locked and 3 female staff were serving customers inside. To bring their attention, I knocked door and requested to open the door but staff told me it’s closed. My situation was like my kid and nephew were waiting for the food arrival with other 3 adults. I tried to request couple of time by knocking door and requested at-least open the door to have a chat and explain my situation. But she kept rejected saying its closed! Then I started taking photos to justify the truth.nnWhile I was submitting my review, other 2 customer arrived and then one of staff came out to open the door and served us. Subs were great but with minimum sauces even after 2 request.nnStaff told me closing hours are depends upon franchise and store. Her store owner told them to close the business at 9 pm but she told me due to customers they extended. I don’t understand if your store can’t maintain business policy then why don’t you change franchise or open your own store? Honestly this was the worst experience I ever had at subway.nnHappy to send video also if this is not suffice for proof.
Toni was bright and bubbly and made the best looking and tasting subway I have ever had. Thumbs up for Toni!! Employee of the month material for sure!!
