We were in a rush going to the Glow Worm Caves but they made everything in a timely manner.nnReally great help from the counter staff as well. Thank you so much for our quick and enjoyable meal.
Just hopped in the store for some quick food and staff was so offset , Very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff at this Subway. The staff member’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and I felt that I was not treated with basic respect as a customer. Good customer service should include politeness, patience and respect, regardless of how busy the store is, asking for no pickles was such a big thing not recommended at all .
Our visit was generally fine, however one staff member didn’t seem very welcoming during our time there. From when we arrived and while placing our order, the interaction felt a little uncomfortable. My child was checking a Xmas decoration while under our supervision, without pulling it, and the response felt a bit abrupt. Customer service could definitely be more welcoming, especially toward families.
Extremely disappointing experience. The food quality was terrible – dry and lacking flavor. The service & behaviour was even worse. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked simple questions and rude + arrogant senior staff lady. I would not recommend this place to anyone. #BEWARE of stopping here. #Dirty & unhygienic place as well.
Worst cheese and garlic toastie i ever had in my whole life photo attached for reference for other people for making them aware, request to owner hire the staff who really want to work not only for paycheck. Feeling sad for owner
