We stopped in for dinner as my daughter is Coeliac gluten free and all the ladies were absolutely amazing, making her salad out the back so there was no cross contamination! We always stop here cause we know they actually take great care. Thank you so much highly recommend this subway!

My daughter who is coeliac order a gluten free wrap today..the lady that served her today was so rude, when my daughter asked for it to be grilled the worker said no you can't saying she won't grill this type of wrap..and we have it grilled other times here..nThe wrap it self wasn't nice at all.nAnd she never took it out the back like they Normally do incase of cross contamination!!
I had a terrible experience at this Subway. I asked the staff member for a footlong sandwich and requested it to be cut in half. She refused and demanded $20 for the footlong simply because I wanted it cut in half. She was rude, seemed angry, and lacked any sense of customer service. To make matters worse, she charged me an extra $0.50 for cutting it in half and labeled it as “cookie” on the receipt. Unbelievable!
We experienced unpleasant service by the lady today. My wife asked for extra cheese and straight up the lady said I can’t as this only cheese we have left and the next lot will be coming on Friday. I mean, how it’s supposed to be our problem. You need to take care of your present customer and not be worried about how the cheese going to last for. I really got upset and I did say that we are paying for it and not asking for free, why you still have a problem of putting extra cheese? Container was there full of cheese. That lady told the other employee in a taunting way to charge them for extra extra extra cheese. Is this the way you treat your customers?nnThis happened before as well, we asked for extra sauce and were ready to pay but the employee said I can’t. Wow. I hope the owner should see this review and do something about it.
