We experienced unpleasant service by the lady today. My wife asked for extra cheese and straight up the lady said I can’t as this only cheese we have left and the next lot will be coming on Friday. I mean, how it’s supposed to be our problem. You need to take care of your present customer and not be worried about how the cheese going to last for. I really got upset and I did say that we are paying for it and not asking for free, why you still have a problem of putting extra cheese? Container was there full of cheese. That lady told the other employee in a taunting way to charge them for extra extra extra cheese. Is this the way you treat your customers?nnThis happened before as well, we asked for extra sauce and were ready to pay but the employee said I can’t. Wow. I hope the owner should see this review and do something about it.
Our family traveled all the way from Auckland to this place and made a stop for breakfast on our way to National Park at around 8 am in the morning. However, we experienced unpleasant service from an attender who was serving at the store named Tasha. We were a group of 9 and were still deciding on our orders when Tasha started preparing other orders. When another customer arrived and we added one more item to our order, my husband took one bread to feed our hungry toddler in the car, while I stayed at the till to pay for everything together. Tasha became frustrated and made comments implying that we were taking food without paying. As business owners ourselves, we understand the importance of good customer service. We hope the owner addresses this matter seriously.
A particularly great subway! The two girls who served us were very kind and made everything super quickly. All the ingredients were also crunchy and fresh.
We came at their closing time and they served us the food with a great smile. It was one of the best subway I ever had.
