The cappuccino is okay and luckily not too sweet since you can add the amount of sugar to your liking. I have been here three times in total and they charged me a different price for my cappuccino every single time.nnThey have a sign above the coffee machine which says: 3,50$ per cup, with any other purchase over 3$, 2,50$ per cup. I always buy two cappuccinos.nn1st time: They charged me 5$, since it says 2,50$ per cup with any other purchase over 3$.nn2nd time: They charged me 6$, reasoning that the discount only applies to the second cup.nn3rd time: They charged me full price 7$, saying that the discount only applies when you buy a cookie or something else besides coffee.nnThe sign is self-explanatory or so I thought, until I knew that the workers themselves don't have a clue about their own signs. The customer service isn't great either and the majority of the workers seem to dislike their job.
usually i have a really good experience with the staff as im a regular customer, the guy Andrew is really good and gives one of the best customer service but the new guywith long hair passes a witty smile to his staff member everytime i order food like he's judging me or my food which is none of his buisness btw, im there to pay and buy and thats happened quite a few times now, i guess they should start teaching their staff some etiquettes how to deal with the customer before they hire them but regarding the other staff ive never had any problem
