They squash the bread when they cut it. The cheese tostie was not even toasted was just bread. They didn't wear gloves when doing the food.Lady on check was nice but the other two didn't smile and talked quietly so couldn't hear them. Place was clean
I ordered a custom sandwich and the staff had no issues at all adding what I wanted. I was looking for something similar to the Canadian Cold Cut Combo. Very happy!
My experience in Milton Subway today was one of the best. It's very common to walk into a Subway, joining the queue and end up being served with a mediocre service, mainly because of the over worked staff trying to serve as fast as possible and in that whole scenario you end up being just another number / customer. However, here I experienced a very pleasant staff working at the counter. Who was very attentive and efficient in getting the job done, with a big smile too. While I was eating my sub and the store was quiet for a couple of minutes, I noticed she got busy wiping the benches and even the rubbish bins inside the store. I should've noticed her name and mentioned it here but I was with accompanied by a colleague and was distracted by her conversations. Then just now I got asked by Google to leave a review, so here I am, writing a 5star review for the service I enjoyed today at Milton Subway
Do not bother. I've never been victimized by such incompetence in my life. It's a wonder anyone here is still in a job. Immensely disappointing.
Blonde hair female staff had a chip on her shoulder, Gave dirty looks, food was bad she didn't get my order right was driving through in the morning and wish I didn't stop to get something to eat , Worst subways I have ever tried
