Gluten free option greatly appreciated!!! Staff member changed gloves for gluten free wrap which is great, but then half way down the aisle he then touch other bread before coming back to wrap. Need proper training.Food: 5/5

In many ways this is a typical Subway outlet. The food was the same as every other Subway. The location at the southern end of town is convenient, with parking on the adjacent side street off the main road. This store has a nice floor plan. It's slightly elevated above the footpath outside and is quite large, with plenty of tables. The bathroom is OK.
Fantastic customer service by Raiden. I'm very pleased with that, My partner is a strict vegan and she's so picky about gloves to be changed for every new order and Raiden he was so respectful throughout the order being a newbie, he did a great job.
ordered a foot long sub and when the bread was taken out i noticed there were flies buzzing around the cheese section and they were siting on the long white chopping boards which is gross. i decided to order and what i got was not great. i would avoid this place and try one of the other great eateries in taihape

We Waited in line 10minutes with 8other people in the shop ordering aswell to be told only two bread left. Have been back and still low on meats wasn't wrapped very well at all.Food: 2/5
Came in with our three kids and the young woman serving was so rude we seriously just couldn't believe her attitude and the way she spoke. There was an issue over substituting an ingredient for the kids and overall just a really bad experience. Hospitality definitely at it's lowest.
Lovely staff member. Super busy and he handled it like a pro. Good, reliable subway food
