I entered this Subway as i thought was gonna be the normal casual service that I would normally get. But when I entered the shop to order my food I met a nice lad with welcoming vibes, that worker was called CJ, he went through everything with me as a perfect worker. He would suggest anything that I picked and really cared about his customers. I think that he deserves a raise because i asked how he was doing and he said he wasn't in the best mood from waking up early in the morning but he never showed a slight bit of negative attitude he was quick and snappy with his service. The food was spot on and practically everything was just 100% and eating there felt like I was home chilling with a brother, Will come again for sure!
The employee Saif was rude and had an attitude obviously doesn’t like his job. The female employee was lovely and so sweet she made up for his poor behaviour.
Just what you would expect from a subway. It smells not very nice in there. The food is nothing to shout about but not bad. The staff are what you would expect considering they are probably getting paid minimum wage. I would recommend walking just round the corner less than a 1 min walk to sidra and getting a beef or chicken wrap from there for £7.that will fill you up more than a footlong, is healthy unlike subway, and about the same price.
I'm leaving this review because of great customer service I experienced. One of the lady's who works in this branch her name is Shashi Prabha, she is really great in handling customers & serving them. Thank you Subway for employing her.
I had a steak and cheese 5 hours later I immediately threw up
I was just about to pay for my sandwich when I noticed all these tiny little flies around all the ingredients they have behind the glass counter. I pointed them out to the member of staff and she said "Oh yeah don't worry about that we had pest control here last night" ... Now call me fussy but I do tend to prefer eating food that isn't infested with insects. I won't be returning.
Lovely Subway sandwich. Good portion of fillings and a nice seating area. Only problem was that there was one member of staff and it was quite busy. But the server was calm and served all the customers with patience and professionalism. Only issue could be that customers may get put off with the line being 8 customers deep and only one server.
Only 1 guy working in store on sat evening. Joined what I thought was queue like every other subway. Asked for wrap. Then man very rudely shouted and said that table r in the queue. Very abrupt rude and unnecessary. All I said tell me politely what's going on
Worst subway I have ever been In my life they changed me more by placing extra money on last rugby day. And tiny flies all over the place .
Rather so-so. Staff were great and helpful, no issue there. Meatballs were vinegary though. It's unfortunately another Subway branch that have no idea what meal deals they sell as they'd never heard of the standard six-inch subs with a drink for £3.50-£3.80, instead insisting on charging £4.80 for a six-inch meatball marinara and bottle drink. 'Participating stores only' I guess - gotta sort the ambiguity out subway!
