Thought we were getting a new hot wrap melt .... steak and cheese..... looked so good in the picture. Pitty ours looked nothing like it. Wasn't even hot. Next we ordered a tropical smoothie..... since when is that a dark red purplish color..... never. Really subway how hard is it......... Obviously too hard for you.

Shocking service!!! Do an online order so you can just call in and collect....gave them 30min to prepare turned up and they haven't even got it off the printer. Then they tell me they have no bread anyway but if I wait half an hour some will be out of the oven. Absolute time wasters.
