I've never been able to find the motivation to commit to regular work outs at standard gyms, but Studio Pilates has been a great addition to my week in 2025! The instructors are so encouraging and welcoming for everyone including complete newbies. Total community goals!

Everything is spotless — you can tell they really care about maintaining a top-notch environment.nnThe teachers are next level — so friendly, professional, and encouraging! Every single instructor I’ve had has been knowledgeable, supportive, and really passionate about what they do. They take time to make sure you’re moving correctly and safely while still keeping the energy up and the vibe fun.nnThe reformer machines are in excellent condition, always clean and well maintained. You can feel the quality, and it makes the workouts even smoother and more enjoyable.nnThe classes themselves are a perfect balance — fun, lively, and challenging enough to feel like you’re really working, but not so hard that you leave defeated. I always leave sweaty, smiling, and feeling AMAZING! Every session is different, so it never feels boring, and I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and posture.nnI’m honestly so grateful I found Studio Pilates. Studio Pilates Kumeu instructors are so welcoming and kind - I always feel bad because I keep forgetting all their names because every morning they greet me by name, which is such a nice touch. I joined to help get my core strength back after major abdominal surgery and they have helped me every step of the way making sure my form is correct and being so understanding when I can only do one rep! I love the way the class are designed, with the screens on the wall which allows the girls to have the time to help with your form. Facilities are clean, the space is open and it always smells so good! I’m so glad I chose Studio Pilates Kumeu
Initially I wasn’t sure how I felt about having the workout on screens but now I wouldn’t go back! It means that the instructors are able to spend more time on perfecting your technique and focusing more on you individually. All the trainers are super friendly and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Studio Pilates Kumeu :
The classes at Studio Pilates Kumeu are great. The instructors are all lovely and give great pointers along the way to improve your form. The classes always go by so quickly but I often find I’m sore the next day so know I’ve worked hard.
