Love the classes at the Kumeū studio, the instructors are welcoming and motivating, the exercises ideal for everyone at any level of fitness or age. I’m 48yrs old and I needed to loose weight and strengthen my muscles, now I feel confident in my body again and fitter and healthier for the next stage of life.nThe instructors work with any limitations you have and they really support you on your journey.nI love how comfortable and clean and well kept the studio and equipment is too.nDoing Reformer Pilates has really changed how I feel about exercise, I’m super grateful I grab their intro pack and gave it a go.
Ive been going here for a while now and staff have always been super helpful for all fitness levels. Environment is always so welcoming. Coming from a mum who has a special needs child, they are also very accommodating to how inconsistent I am with my attendance . After 3 classes with one of the trainers I usually feel like im on track again which is great. They're all a really nice team.
I am really enjoying my workout at Studio Pilates. At first, I had no confidence of my ability to do the workout but after a couples of weeks I feel the difference pilates is doing. Having the instructors checking and supporting you throughout the sessions is a highlight!
Studio Pilates Kumeu has officially become my happy place — partly because of the amazing workouts, and partly because the instructors are so lovely that I can’t even be mad at them when my abs/glutes are on fire. The variety of classes is awesome; I’m discovering muscles I swear didn’t exist. The instructors are super helpful, endlessly patient, and somehow manage to make even the hardest moves seem doable. If you’re looking for a workout that’s equal parts fun and challenging this is the place!
I've been wanting to try Pilates for a while now and I am so happy I found this studio! All of the instructors have been so helpful and encouraging which for a newbie like myself has really helped my confidence. From the first orientation class to signing up to their Amplify Challenege the day after I have felt welcomed and every class leaves me with a smile on my face.
