The classes at Studio Pilates Kumeu are great. The instructors are all lovely and give great pointers along the way to improve your form. The classes always go by so quickly but I often find I’m sore the next day so know I’ve worked hard.
My first time trying Pilates and I’m hooked after 3 weeks. The classes go so fast, and it’s hard but amazing. All the instructors are lovely and help you throughout the lesson.nCan’t wait to keep going and seeing the progress! Thanks team
Fantastic first workout with Laura W from Studio Pilates Kumeu. She had loads of tips on technique. I always felt she was there to guide and extend me when needed. Lovely vibe across the session. Looking forward to my next visit
I can only give 5 stars but would give more if I could. This is hands down the best pilates class I have been to. The instructors are super attentive and check with you on every exercise to ensure you are doing it correctly. They are supportive and encouraging and knowledgeable, so you come out of the class feeling like you got the most out of it. The day after I certainly know which muscles I've worked! Highly recommend studio pilates if you are thinking of joining - just do it!
Im already hooked! The classes are challenging but do-able and there is just the right amount of pressure to push yourself. The length of the class is ideal. The instructors are all friendly and give good 1:1 attention to improve your technique. I’ve only been to 8 sessions and can already notice my core strength has improved significantly and my muscle tone has improved. Best thing I’ve done for myself in forever!
