A great outing for family and friends. The ten-pin bowling was fun, and the food and drinks were excellent. They don't currently serve coffee, so it would be nice to see that added to the menu
The chilled vibe the staff members have is what pushed this from a 4star to a 5star rating. Awesome centre but the relaxed chilled vibes made it even better because their good vibes rub off and the kids had an amazing time. Awesome spot for a birthday party, which is what we had - it would be cool though if there were safety gates by the front entrance near the car park for the lil one's running around but ultimately thats the parents responsibility. I had an absolute blast playing 10-pin bowling – for just $10 per lane for an hour, I managed to squeeze in four games! The value for money is unbeatable, and it's a great way to enjoy a fun-filled session with friends and family.nnBeyond bowling, Strike has an amazing selection of video games, including some of the latest and greatest arcade titles and even VR experiences. Whether you're a fan of classic games or cutting-edge technology, there's something here for everyone.nnThe atmosphere is vibrant, the facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot for a casual night out, a family outing, or even a fun date night. I wanted to share some feedback about our booking on 23/12, as the experience didn’t go as smoothly as expected.nnI originally made the booking on 11/12 for my birthday and received an email from Treion saying everything was booked and that a confirmation email would follow. Unfortunately, that confirmation never came through. I emailed again on 20/12 to change the time from 2pm to 3pm, and someone replied no name confirming it had been updated.nnWhen we arrived on the day, there was no booking under my name. The staff member assisting us asked us to wait 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes, before we were eventually given a lane upstairs. While we appreciated being accommodated, the downstairs lanes had a better vibe, and this could have been avoided if the booking had been properly confirmed—especially since this was booked ahead of time for my birthday.nnWe were also asked if the kids needed bumpers and confirmed that two of them did, but the game started without bumpers, so we had to follow up again.nnOn top of that, we ordered food, but after playing for a while we realized the order hadn’t been added, so we had to check in about that as well.nnOverall, there were a few things that required follow-ups that took away from what should’ve been a relaxed birthday booking. I just wanted to share this feedback so it can be improved moving forward.
