I wanted to share some feedback about our booking on 23/12, as the experience didn’t go as smoothly as expected.nnI originally made the booking on 11/12 for my birthday and received an email from Treion saying everything was booked and that a confirmation email would follow. Unfortunately, that confirmation never came through. I emailed again on 20/12 to change the time from 2pm to 3pm, and someone replied no name confirming it had been updated.nnWhen we arrived on the day, there was no booking under my name. The staff member assisting us asked us to wait 15 minutes, then another 15 minutes, before we were eventually given a lane upstairs. While we appreciated being accommodated, the downstairs lanes had a better vibe, and this could have been avoided if the booking had been properly confirmed—especially since this was booked ahead of time for my birthday.nnWe were also asked if the kids needed bumpers and confirmed that two of them did, but the game started without bumpers, so we had to follow up again.nnOn top of that, we ordered food, but after playing for a while we realized the order hadn’t been added, so we had to check in about that as well.nnOverall, there were a few things that required follow-ups that took away from what should’ve been a relaxed birthday booking. I just wanted to share this feedback so it can be improved moving forward.

Whether you're a fan of classic games or cutting-edge technology, there's something here for everyone.nnThe atmosphere is vibrant, the facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect spot for a casual night out, a family outing, or even a fun date night.
