Absolutely appalled at the way you treat your customers. Especially when a very expensive item arrives with damage and Blake blames the customer, instead of keeping to the consumers guarantee act and your policies on your website. Blake it may pay for you to do a coarse in customer service and the consumer guarantee act as well as an attitude course because your attitude stinks.
Absolutely appalled and disgusted of how you treat your customers !! I’ve seen your emails and texts from Blake to one of my family members not happy at all and I will be spreading the word !!!!!!!
Ordered a parcel 3 weeks ago never recieved it and it was apparently my job to call the couriers and find evrything out

We brought 100 possum traps and a spotlight.we were given fast delivery and we are very happy with our purchase thank you strictly outdoors.
I ordered 5 traps and got them in two days
Terrible customer service and over priced products. After buying a tent for $450 I received no contact until I emailed a week later to be told that the item hasn't been sent yet, and that my money is being refunded, still no refund and no and refused to provide me with evidence of the payment reversal, then proceeded to hang up on me twice. This is a terrible business, i highly recommend not dealing with these people .
