OUR SERVICES INCLUDE:

PLANNING & RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Our planning and resource management staff are experienced in the full statutory process with the Resource Management Act 1991 RMA, including resource consent and subdivision consent applications, Assessment of Effects on the Environment, District Plan changes, Historic Places consents, stake-holder meetings and consultation, designations, outline plans and the reporting of a submission and presentation at a formal hearing, and have experience with an appeal at Environment Court level.

SURVEYING
Our Licensed Cadastral or Registered Professional Surveyors have an extensive wealth of knowledge in respect to any type of survey and subdivision. We have undertaken from very small to very large urban subdivisions, fee simple, cross lease and unit title, also commercial and rural subdivisions, obtaining Certificate of Title CT / CFR from Land Information New Zealand LINZ, and boundaries and building set-outs.

ENGINEERING
Our engineering team are experienced in geotech engineering, civil infrastructure and structural engineering. We have been involved in numerous civil engineering construction projects from small infill subdivisions to large multi-lot subdivisions, retirement villages, or large commercial development, along with ground investigations and liquefaction, timber, concrete and steel structural and retaining wall design and earthquake prone building assessments - IEP / ISA / DDE / DSA.
