Modo Yoga is one of my favourite places for hot yoga in Huron and Perth counties. It's the friendly and approachable vibe in the studio space that I love best. I always feel so welcomed and safe here. The flow classes are my favourite and Christa leads a great noon class. There is always something to learn or a new cue to practice.

Such a warm, welcoming space filled with the warmest, most welcoming smiles. I find the teachers are present, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of all who fill the studio space. Looking forward to doing the 30 day challenge! So grateful there is hot yoga in Stratford
The atmosphere at Modo Yoga Stratford is one of positivity and acceptance. I highly recommend the restorative classes. There is a lot of healing going on in both mind and body in those deeply silent and restful poses . I enjoy the poetry that Roderick often reads as well.
I love Modo! All of the instructors are so nice. Yoga has helped my back with all of the amazing poses and it allows me to get a good sweat on, which I love! Thank you for all that you do!
My gym closed and I was really upset about it, losing a community, enjoying regular exercise and inspiration. I was so happy to discover modo and the amazing community of people that belong there. I am thrilled to be part of a new community and to work on myself in 2020. Thank you.
