I just wanted to thank Vincent and the team at Strand Homes for building such a lovely home in Coopers Beach. The deal was done without actually meeting him in person until we got keys some 8 months later! A true testament that you can do anything digitally and over the phone these days. An even bigger testament to the trust put into Vincent and Michael Healy the Real Estate Agent whom I am yet to meet too and the team for such a big investment site unseen! The team's flexibility for invoice arrangements has been amazing as well. The opportunity they have given me in such a great spot is amazing! The house went up super quick even throughout all the lockdowns and when products and supplier delays due to Covid is highly refreshing. The kitset approach of doing things will be the sustainable way to build houses in the future I feel. Vincent also kept sending progress photos as the house was being erected so the excitement of a new build was always there and to see the house take shape was awesome! The attention to detail for the new build home and their patience to have open and honest conversations throughout the process was amazing! The communication, honesty and clarity throughout the whole process has been world class and I can't fault it. Vincent even went above and beyond by putting in a concrete slab for a heat pump that I wanted in the home that Vincent sourced with ease and built into the house. He also was onsite to liaise with the Fibre internet guys from Chorus for a few days for them to set up. Another case of above and beyond. These little things really add up and eases the mind so when we eventually got the keys everything was pretty much ready to go. We can't wait to fully move in and enjoy the lovely home the team has built for us. It's a great neighbourhood and we love it! Vincent and the team at Strand Homes are awesome and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about building in the future.
