Definitely worst service and bad car. i live in Auckland but bought the car here, when the car delivered to me, i found there are lot of problems with the car, and they don't solve the problem with me even they offer 3 months warranty, no communications, bad attitude
Be very careful about the word of mouth deals, Stratton was a good salesman and honest but I found the management sly and didn't honor the word of mouth deal. I was promised car detail because the car was dirty, a free tank of gas and a free first service. Nothing honored by the management.
