Was happy with them but now I'm disgusted. Was quoted and have been paying a set amount for 2 months, I just received an email saying there increasing the price by $70/month. Increasing the price by that that much only after 2 months, and to do it around Christmas and New year period of all things is despicable.

Great friendly staff when signing up and throughout entire 1yr storage service. The unit was a 2bdrm sized shed, was dry, clean and just right for the furniture we had to store. The place is very clean, theres a public toilet which was useful when spending lengthy time loading etc. The other customers were warm, considerate and friendly too. Did not have any issue with floods, so don't read too much into those reviews. Great trolleys and round the clock access. I did have problems with payments due to covid hardship reason's but with constant contact and communications with Lisa, she did reverse fees to help ease my situation and with solid commitments I settled all debts and left everything in perfect order. Thank you Lisa for handling everything with grace and kindness. I recommend KS Tauranga to anyone looking for great storage facilities.
Absolutely brilliant customer service and the security here is awesome. I'd still be using them but with the costs nowadays it's getting to be a strain. But if you need a place to store things here is the best in Tauranga. Thank to the team that works here for all your help.
