Goes the extra mile for service, for example when I was there with a truck and unit I’d booked was too small he organised another On the spot quickly and efficiently With no drama. Amazing service from two lovely people, a delight to deal with, have used this facility over a number of years and would recommend to anyone looking for safe, secure and affordable storage.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great storage area for our vehicles. The staff were at pains to warn us to secure everything on our work trailer. We had no problems though. We would definitely use them again.
I found the staff at Storage King New Lynn quite rude and disrespectful.
We stored our goods here in the mistaken belief that they were safer here than at home - I was wrong and we were burgled. Our locker was 95% emptied the padlock was presumably cut off. The goods stored were not of a particularly high dollar value but sentimental value was off the charts. Very very disappointing.
Great facilities, secure but with easy access to move in/out and a good variety of unit sizes choose from. Staff were very good for helping decide on the right sized unit so you don’t pay more than you need.
Good value for clean, dry storage. Easily accessible, very secure, with a variety of unit sizes to choose from. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I highly recommend Storage King in New Lynn. It was reassuring to me to find such an excellent facility.
Quality service provided. storage is very safe and secure. Highly recommended.
