I was promised a refund of the packing boxes that I purchased on May 4th. I returned them unused as plans changed. Due to covid, international shipping rates skyrocketed and it was unaffordable to ship our belongings overseas. I was given a huge run around saying that the manager wasn’t in and that they could not refund the money to my debit/credit card as the parent company is in Australia. This still baffles me because they were able to take my payment… a refund should be simple. Then a week or so later the manager called, apologised and said I could bring in the boxes and it would take several weeks but I would get a refund to my bank account, directly. I brought the boxes in, provided my NZ bank info and said I was moving overseas the following week. It is now over 3 months since I was told I would be refunded. This is theft.

Best in class facility and completely customer focused team. Shane, Sheryl and crew couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. We have two units on site and couldn't run the business without them. Access is easy, maintenance great and site is secure. All good.
Requested info through their contact page + emailed them three times but no response. They were my preference as they were close by, but looks like they don't want my business so going elsewhere.
Shane and his fantastic team deserve huge credit for their professional and caring approach to their clients. Nothing was a problem for them, they always went out of their way to help when and wherever they could, and they put up with clients that had no real idea of what they were doing or when they were doing it! Thanks heaps guys, made a stressful time that much easier, very much appreciated.
