In Stoke Library’s quiet heart,nA hundred and eleven stars take flight.nEach one a memory, a part,nOf courage shining bold and bright.nIn the window’s pane, they softly gleam,nA tribute to a nation’s pride.nIn threads of a forgotten dream,nWhere red, blue, and white unite inside.nRed, for the sun’s first, morning rays,nAnd the courage of a warrior’s soul.nBlue, for the deep and endless waysnThe ocean whispers, making us whole.nWhite, for the clouds that drift and part,nAnd the mountains’ snow, so pure and high.nThese colors, a promise, a work of art,nReflecting a champion’s tear and sigh.nAnd to Debbie and the loving team,nWho opened doors with gentle grace.nYou’ve woven this beautiful, starry dream,nConnecting hearts in this special place.nThrough September’s days, they’ll softly shine,nA galaxy of hope and grace.nA beautiful and delicate design,nReflecting a smile on every face.nIn Stoke Library, the starlight falls,nA hushed and humble, glowing sight.nAnswering a nation’s calls,nA hundred and eleven stars of light.
Good environment to study and very friendly staffs. Always want to come here
Called in today to get a document printed off and it was a bit of a tricky one but the lady that served me was so obliging, patient and a credit to the library. We got the issue sorted.nThank you to the person concerned and hopefully she gets acknowledged
Calm and great place to relax and read
Excellent library and staff. The 2 temporary carpark spaces reserved for people with disability permits are sometimes/often filled by people not displaying a permit.
