Terrible service. We went in to buy some shoes but staff did not acknowledge us, were talking amongst themselves and did not engage with any customers. Lost an easy sale, sorry guys.
I always online shop and do click and collects at this store. Easy as! and staff are friendly and helpful. Nice store
Staff weren't very helpful in store and not knowledgeable on questions asked. Didn't even offer advice or alternative options when my size was unavailable. Manager/owner was the worst, grumpy and unbothered when queried. Makes me wonder why he is in retail with such a poor attitude, no surprise with the other low reviews. If you're looking for a good shopping experience and service, I suggest you take your money elsewhere.
Nice staff, adequate customer service. Has a lot of discount but the options are not too many. Only a few of each brand are one sales. Prices seems to be better than other shops in Auckland. If you’re looking for a reasonable football shoe, this is the place you should try.
If you want old outdated or products from 2-3 years ago these guys are the best! Their product line doenst get updated with new offerings from the brands and you’ll end up paying top $$$ for old products. Customer service is average at best. If you’re looking for shoes you better shop around before buying from here!
I give 2 stars because The online service is much better than store service! I went to the local store earlier and the customer service wasn’t very nice, I asked them for a smaller size in a particular style shoes and the staffs there made me feeling unwelcome and I wasn’t even deserving to be serviced by them. After I decided to purchase online and very nice customer service by email communication. Sighhhh. I wonder how strictly their staff training process is!!!
Went to the New Lynn store 14th May 21 and had awesome service from the young man there. Top Mark's to him.
Had great service when I went to purchase new compression pants . Got showed a few brands which made things a bit easier on deciding on which brand to buy Nike etc.
My son and I were looking at shoes today and the customer service was the worst... she acted as if she didn't want to service us... if it wasn't for my son I would of walked out and spent my well earned money somewhere else... absolutely terrible service!!!
Great scam salesmanship, whether it's intentional or not. They are not familiar with the products or the company policies that will ultimately leave the customers dissatisfied unless they know exactly what they want or are buying socks...
