Went in a couple times over the past few months. Same two girls working, don't even say hi, never smiled, didn't move from the desk, don't know why I went in a second time. Best to order online and avoid the terrible customer service and unfriendly faces.

Until this morning I agreed with the poor rating, but the staff member who served us was very helpful nothing was a problem.

Absolutely no service- 3 shop assistants who made no effort to help. You missed out on a sale of sneakers my granddaughter was wanting.
