Story

The STIHL SHOP Napier is now proudly owned and operated by Marty and Debbie LEACH. Marty, born and bred in Hawke’s Bay. Along with his wife Debbie are excited to return to The Bay. We look forward to meeting you all.

We know what Outdoor Power Equipment best suits Hawkes Bay conditions and what the people of Hawkes Bay like and want from their equipment. This knowledge coupled with a policy of “treating every customer as a special part of our business” has allowed us to take an old fashioned business operating out of a small run down building back in 1995 to the largest specialist dealership in this industry, in Hawkes Bay.

Now situated in Thackeray St (next to Repco) we have 450sqm of Outdoor Power Equipment on display in a modern, welcoming showroom and a thriving work shop to support it.

To ensure our customers' satisfaction we only employ staff who support our policies 100%. We encourage our staff to be as highly qualified as possible. Qualifications currently held within the workshop are Small Engine Technician certificates, Level 3 STIHL Diploma, Kohler Expert-Level Technician certificate and Briggs & Stratton Master Service Technician certification. We are the only dealership in Hawkes Bay to have all this expertise certified. We all also attend regular customer service training sessions and consistently achieve top ratings in Mystery Shopper surveys.
