Excellent customer service provided today by Josh. We bought an FS 55C  grass & brush cutter. Josh was informative, directed us towards the right product for our needs. Competently demonstrated, tested and gave us appropriate advice on future servicing and consumables. Given my wife was an assessor for NZQA on Customer Service, she was very impressed with the high quality service we received today. Highly recommend to anyone.
