Your store is immaculately clean, well-organized, spacious, & the team really know what they are doing.
Great service. Putting the saw + bar together even though there wasn't one made up. Filling the tanks and running it. Great explanation of starting etc. - despite obviously being super knowledgeable did that in a way that was not condescending at all.
Went to buy a second chainsaw - the guy serving spent time going over pros & cons of the models available. Got an excellent small chainsaw. The follow-up free service ended being a lot longer than hoped, but I suspect they were a bit overrun with jobs. Overall a very good place to get a chainsaw and accessories.
