Easy, straightforward and maybe the best battery powered gear in the business! Easily accessible knowledge, plenty of options and upgrades! to suit anyone's needs. Really like that it's supporting local. More gear to follow, but for now I couldn't be happier.
Bad customer service experience. Had to wait while attendant was out of the shop and once they served me the attendant must of had a bad day. Wasn’t able to take care of what we needed and had to walk out to diffuse the situation.
Glen is da bro. He is determined to get things repaired and fixed.
The Stihl Shop conveniently located off the highway also has off-street carparking right ar their front door. The extensive range of brands amazed me. I was pleasantly surprised with the range of masport mowers on site and willingness to order in also. Traditional Stihl power tools, equipment and accessories with the option to order in addition. A big range of essential accessories was available for most brands stocked too. Both the small sales team, and the workshop team, were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.
Disrespectful customer service, threw quick accusations of customer being brainless and cheap after taking stihl chainsaw in with bunnings bought chain. Would not recommend this store.
Reliable equipment. Great service, very friendly staff. It's our go to if we need new equipment.
Good service first visit....BUT recently took my chainsaw back three times. The last time they had it for over a month and I had to go in and ask for it.
