Our Salmon is sourced from the pure waters of Big Glory Bay, Stewart Island, where Sanford's two salmon farms produce some of the finest Pacific-King salmon. It then travels from the Bay to our kitchen ("The Shed"), just above Halfmoon Bay on Stewart Island, where it is smoked on site - so freshness is guaranteed.
