Story

Steve Hayes knows all too well that farming is not for the faint hearted. Steve worked in farming straight out of school for an impressive 30 years before he decided to relinquish his sheep shears and embark on a career in rural real estate.

Towards the end of Steve's farming career, he worked at the Lindale Tourist Farm during which he showed tour groups how a NZ farm worked, performed shearing and sheep dog shows for school groups and the general public. "I have the understanding and I can walk the talk because I have actually done it. I can use my knowledge to help purchasers with all of the service providers if they don't have an understanding of farming."

Many of Steve's clients end up becoming close friends. His personable nature and concern for the welfare of others gains him many admirers and much loyalty. Steve has no plans to slow down. He will keep helping his community and maintaining his high quality of service in the years to come.
