Hi have been working with Stefan for a year now. It has been a lifechanging experience, I have so much more confidence and will no longer entertain toxic, abusive, people in my life. As hard as it has been I have had to let these people go it has in turn released my pain and grief that I have held onto for so many years, to help me move forward and look forward. Really looked forward to my weekly sessions.
