If you're looking for a wood heater go to Attard Steel. The best customer service. Great guys to deal with. Fantastic showroom - all models and loads of knowledge. Supplied us with a wood pellet heater and arranged installation. Couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend....save yourself the bother of shopping around.
Looking for wood fireplace? Go check these guys out. Great service and knowledge of their wide range. Easy to deal with. The quality of the fireplace and custom flue kit is worth the price in the long run. Have seen cheaper kits around and you get what you pay for. Don't want my house on the news after a fire!!! Highly recommended
Thanks Attards Fabrications. I had bought a second hand granite bench top and needed to find a material to go with it. I decided to go with stainless steel. When ringing around two other steel works recommended Attards. The precision and quality of work was amazing and the service even better. I was able to draw up exactly what I wanted and email it to them. After speaking to them everything was clear and the whole experience was exceptional. Thanks guys I’ve still got a smile on my face.
Misrepresented that Kent heater was not made in China - it is - and it's a shoddy unit. From first use: handle has problems either sticking or dangerously loose, fan is noisy/rattling, and low efficiency heat output. Strong toxic smell persisted for over 20 burns. Attards said they'd fix the handle and fan but failed to show - no phone call to say why.
Over the years I have been impressed with the care and attention to detail provided by staff. A recent custom fabrication for me was created in a timely manner, extremely accurate and I really appreciated the clear consultation throughout the process. Exceptional service and exceptional quality!
