State Cinema Motueka is a modern, fully-equipped 35mm projection equipped cinema, showing the latest movies in 2D and by the end of 2012 in 3D with the latest high film rate of 48 frame per-second.

Story

Our spacious, air-conditioned auditorium has 97 comfortable seats, tiered for unobstructed viewing, and a superb seven-speaker sound system (DTS, DOLBY ) giving the best reproduction of any cinema in the top of the south. A full JBL Theatre System.

Come to the State for excellent service, popcorn, drinks, tasty treats (the best ice creams in town) to see your favorite movies on the big screen. Plenty of car parking on site.
