Starbucks Riccarton

I do enjoy the Starbucks drinks but there is a real issue around a lack of hygiene by the women here. Holding straws where people's mouths go is just filthy. They need to go back to supplying straws in a sealed paper wrapper. Especially in this time of Covid. OSH and the MOH would be appalled by their practices.

Miss my Starbucks from NY and US, so it's nice to get a great coffee that reminds me of my time there. They also have huge cups . Very nice staff too!!

Was 1st time having a Starbucks in NZ... Delicious ham croissant and a large latte.. Yum!...Great service and friendly staff.. One critique is the ventilation grills need a good clean, especially when we are all more sensitive to public viral nuisance these days...

Located at the Rotherham street end of the mall. A reasonable sized Starbucks with indoor and outdoor seating. Service was decent when I've been. Can be a bit crowded at times.

Great little cafe, I love starbucks always have something different for each season or celebration!. Cleanliness could be improved.

Sorry it's not as good as it once was. Very very busy probably not staffs fault frappuccino was not mixed in long enough.... but would still visit hot chocolate is really yummy

Staff rude and uninterested. Tables very dirty despite store being quiet . Coffee average. Won't return -plenty of other options .
