Starbucks Pukekohe

I definitely enjoyed the food. The were quick to serve me. We ordered online and as soon as I got there it was already done. They serve you your food nice and quickly including wood cutlery and a plate with food. Highly recommend. The drive thru is a bit tights and my concern is people scraping their cars. But otherwise I am impressed. Love the mural.

I’m from Hamilton and my partner and I decided to stop in and get ourselves a coffee. I decided to try something different and order a vanilla sweet cream cold brew as it looked delicious on screen. What I got looked like watery coffee with clumps of cream. It doesn’t look like something that’s enjoyable to drink. Service was okay at the drive through order box, but window service was good. In-store appeared nice from what I saw in the drive through. Definitely won’t order the drink again though. My partners frappe was nice though!

Ordered a iced caramel latte, went to the window to collect and they had made a hot latte, I said sorry it was an iced latte and the cashier looked down at me and did a massive eyeroll !nI have had some really poor interactions during the drive through and haven't said anything but this morning was a shocker. They didnt speak during and after that. Had enough now with poor service that I will not be going back.

Today was my first time using the drive through, I ordered a venti cuppacino with 3 sweeteners and a sausage rolls.nFirstly after I have paid and the order was made did they inform me they had no sweeteners, okay so I said add sugar.nI received the items and drove out as the wait was very long and many more people behind me.nOnce I got traveling and I wanted to have a sip of coffee, I looked at the cup and it was 3/4 full. Very disappointed you pay extra yet you don't get a full cup.nHence I will not return.nN

I love the coffee at Starbucks in general it’s my weekly treat. But one staff member at Pukekohe branch consistently mixes up my order, and it’s happened several times before. I understand if it happens once in a while but truth be told this one staff member does it a lot. I thought I’d get her to repeat order back for reassurance. Better order labeling or name calling could help because stood there trying to guess which order belongs to who as all labeled as guest name.nnToday, my order was delayed and when I asked a staff member about it or to reconfirm I’m taking correct order from counter I got a dismissive response. I understand what it’s like to work in fast paced environment making coffees because I did it for a job. I gave same energy back to the staff member who was dismissive but later apologised for my rude tone and they returned with apology along with my order which I appreciate. They offered a refund which I refused because at end of day I just wanted coffee and food. They admitted my order was in back all along which I obviously could not get. A simple acknowledgment to customers or assisting them with query is that simple and would avoid frustration. I know I’ll get a great experience when one of the servers* doesn’t serve me alone. Sad to say but true. Further training and support for her would be good for her growth and customers experiences. Previous experiences they would usually get cup size wrong or I get a completely different order and I let it slide and just sit down enjoy it even though I’m lactose intolerant . Sometimes I like to sit and enjoy coffee in store without takeaway cup.nnExperience was not it this time round from few staff members. Hopefully this feedback can help you make a better change to service. Great service is what sets a place apart and gives people a reason to return so please help the staff out or have experienced person help support servers.
