Starbucks Palmerston North

I was looking forward to a grande almond milk flat white coffee at nine dollars. However I received the coffee and set the chair for a minute. When I tried to drink it it felt quite empty. As the froth settled the cup was 3/4 full. I took it back to the barista and said that I ordered a flat white which supposed to have less froth however this cup is only 3/4 full now. He said well that’s because the froth settle down. I’m not particularly happy having paid nine dollars for a three-quarter cup of coffee. I have had Coffee from them twice before which was awesome so this is hopefully only a once off.

Unfortunately, this kiosk used to be pretty good. Which means the recent nose dive in consistency and service is disappointing. Last straw was this morning. Ordered on the app as we left home, arrived to see one staff member walking out on a break? then proceeded to wait as the one remaining staff member had 4 groups waiting to order. The lone staff member then took 3 orders and made 2 of those prior to even making ours. After venturing away from Starbucks I've discovered many better options in Palmy thankfully, so I think this will be my last visit.

Went there around 3pm Wednesday 27/5 and had the best experience. Top tier customer service from the woman and young man behind the counter. The best refresher I’ve had from a Starbucks in a long time, keep it up team, I’ll be back.

Had my first visit last week. The staff were new, but did fantastically well! There was a large queue, yet they made the drinks fast and well and I was very satisfied with mine ! I'm in Levin and happy that there is a closer location now.nThe place is packed, but that was to be expected given that the cafe is part of New World and I knew before arriving that it would be small and I'd be getting my drinks take away. Definitely going back again soon!

Honestly, it was reasonable. The staff were doing the absolute BEST they could to deliver positive experiences. The coffee was okay.nThe cinnamon scroll was very good.nIt's convenient as you know it'll be open!
