Starbucks Palmerston North

Tables dirty. Had to clean our own.nLong black and a hazelnut latte was ordered.nLong black tasted disgusting. Odd taste.nHazelnut latte tasted burnt. This was remade twice. On the 3rd time it was suggested that some sugar should be added.nTasted a little better. Overall worst hazelnut latte I have ever had. Only went to Starbucks due to a car appt near by.nBiggest plus staff were lovely and helpful.nWill not return to this place and will continue to support our usual local cafes that make great coffee.

I bought a flat white to take into the hairdresser across the road with me. Eugh. Disgusting.nStrong tobacco taste, possibly needed the group head cleaning or back flushing the machine would be my guess. Did not drink after the first mouthful and they were closed when I went to return it. Will not waste my money in future.

Delicious toffee nut crunch latte, been back before just for this one, only downside seating arrangements tight and awkward and one near the door opening frequently for shoppers and can be cold and chilling.

The staff consistently deliver excellent coffee with remarkable efficiency, even during busy times. Their dedication to providing great service and ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Had my first visit last week. The staff were new, but did fantastically well! There was a large queue, yet they made the drinks fast and well and I was very satisfied with mine ! I'm in Levin and happy that there is a closer location now.nThe place is packed, but that was to be expected given that the cafe is part of New World and I knew before arriving that it would be small and I'd be getting my drinks take away. Definitely going back again soon!
