Starbucks

Came here three years ago, But now the shop is totally different! Felt a bit sad that they don't have the southernmost Starbucks signpost or any signature display.

The counter lady, who introduced herself as a manager of this branch but without a name tag on uniform, didn't tell me that they ran out of whip cream and gave me a toffee nut crunch latte without cream and even crunchy sprinkle on it. At first, she explained that our Toffee nut latte does not come with whip on top. Thought it was weird but tried to accept it and had a few sips. It didn't taste any good, so I went back and complained about it. Then she told me that they ran out of whip, and wee crunchy things did not change a drink much, so it was not a big deal‍ She eventually got it refunded for me, but had some arguement, saying she was not supposed to refund it because I already drank some and I should have come as soon as possible to tell about this. Horrific starbucks ever...

Invercargill Starbucks. It wouldn’t hurt the two blonde girls to have a smile on their faces or simply greet customers on arrival. Bad customer service and coffees were 3/10. Disappointed. There was a lovely barista come on as we were leaving who wished us a great day.

Terrible customer service! Rude and a bad attitude. Staff didn’t want to be there. Dirty cafe and just a shambles- ran out of cold brew and ask for a refund and they could even work that out or give me the correct amount. Will never return. They have no idea what customer service is.

My favourite coffee shop i love Hot Caramel Macchiato and Green Tea or Strawberry Cream Frappuccino that's lovely. Cozy place, professional staff, clean area and toilet is available here. This is the most Southern Starbucks in the world. Love it!! Perfect.

There was a lady there who was being really rude looking at us thinking we are stupid rolling her eyes when we didn’t know what to order, she had coloured blue hair and a long ear peircing, we spent a lot of money in there aswell

I enjoyed coffee here, but today it’s the second time that I ordered Flat white and I didn’t ask for syrup but the barista put the syrup. Especially I got the wrong coffee when I was tired, really makes me upset.

The world southern most Starbucks! While due to city construction I guess, the coffee shop has been moved into a temporary mobile house, while it worths a visit.

The world’s southern most Starbucks. Because of building renovation my guessing, the store is located inside the temporary shed, but still lovely layout and friendly staff. We enjoyed our hot drinks in the early morning.

Since it is the most southern Starbucks I won’t give a three-stars rate as a result of the over sweet matcha latte ;
