I am a qualified Sports/remedial, & Therapeutic Massage Therapist certified by Holistic Health Training New Zealand (NZQA),

This page is to promote my in-home massage clinic, take appointments and share my knowledge and experience of working with the body.

I have a holistic based approach to massage therapy, the body and mind need to work together in order to fully experience clarity of mind and radiant health, I have a great interest in the way our psychological state affects our physiological wellbeing. I believe we as individuals have the ability to control and influence our own health and wellbeing.

I also have a strong interest for sport,and injuries as a result of training or competing. Having experienced injuries in sport and exercise, I understand the importance of recovery and keeping well, for our bodies to perform at their best
