Stacey is so professional, easy to work with, friendly, helpful and obliging and great communicator. We had a problem with our retaining wall at the rear of our section, it didn't have the final inspection done, it should have had, about 7 years ago. Being elderly we were worried, Stacey took control of it, sorted it out with the council and helped us fill out the forms. She was amazing, she certainly went above and beyond her call of duty. Stacey took all the stress out of selling!! Stacey worked extremely hard to get the price she got for our house. Nothing was ever any trouble to her, and she kept us informed about any feedback she received. She had a lot of knowledge about this area and certainly knew her job. Stacey is a real asset to your company and we would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their house. Stacey exceeded our expectations!!!
Stacey sold the place to us 18 months ago very well, she was lovely and so helpful with purchasing our first home, she helped us through the process and made it a breeze. When it came time to sell it was an easy choice, Stacey sold it to us so well we trusted her to sell it on behalf of us, although the market was tricky Stacey pulled a great deal out of the bag and got it across the line, we would definitely recommend Stacey wether it was buyer or selling.
